As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the video abuse detection space and manage a team of Technical Program Managers.
- Collaborate with and be the technical liaison for engineering, operations, and policy to develop and deploy scale.
- Use machine learning based solutions to make YouTube safer.
- Drive and scale programs end-to-end for video abuse detection. Work across teams in YouTube to define, scope, and execute critical trust and safety video abuse detection programs.
- Establish and own partnerships that are required to accomplish the organization's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
