Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in selling Media Advertising Solutions
- Ability to speak and write in German and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with YouTube’s ad product and measurement solutions
- Knowledge about the overall media & social landscape
- Ability to uncover needs of stakeholders/customers/users and developing solutions for multiple audiences based on business objectives
- Excellent sales and media consulting background
- Managing complex customer relationships, driving significant revenue, creating “win-win” environment that builds value in the long term

**About the job**:
With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have knowledgeable, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pitch YouTube’s ad solutions to key video clients in close collaboration and alignment with industry sales and agency teams
- Initiate strategic shifts of TV and social budgets via deep TV/video expertise and discuss on eye-level with TV buyers, planners, social buyers and negotiate annual video deals
- Drive Mid
- Low funnel revenues by creating sales collateral and narratives, identifying potential leads, delivering training, creating cases and sharing best practices
- Drive YouTube revenue growth in DACH region, focusing on video sales and driving incremental YouTube growth
- Set up video strategy for priority clients, collaborate on video activation plans for industry teams to accelerate growth, in-quarter & long-term video opportunities
