Lead Customer Technology Strategy

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Own and govern overall technology strategy in line with the aspiration of the program
- Using best of breed emerging technology trends, solutions, products & ideas, data & solution architectures, cloud services, user experience journey-maps, infrastructure augmentation, develop the TO-BE state and associated roadmaps, fostering agile and iterative adoption, in working with various teams (IT, EA and DS&I ) as appropriate
- Manage technology change, monitor and gauge associated process changes and influence, support & drive stakeholder groups impacted by the change
- Be the technology liaison between business leads and technology delivery teams from internal organizations like IT, Digital etc. and external partners and product vendors, and the face on matters of technology
- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Be a trusted technology advisor and partner to the Country teams

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Extensive Customer technology experience ideally in multiple industries, nice to have retail, e-commerce, and Pharma industry experience
- Strong technology background playing multiple roles - architect, delivery responsible, development, emerging tech. (AI, ML, IoT etc.)
- Programming & software product development capabilities
- Background in technology strategy consulting (Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise)
- MS degree or similar in information technology, data analytics or relevant fields
- Problem solver, planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations
- Experience of large-scale program delivery, working with diverse teams across geographies on transformation Initiatives is desirable
- Ability to summarize key messages and implications for key stakeholders with non-tech backgrounds
- Strong academics with background in information technology, data analytics or similar
- Flexibility on travel (as needed and based on business requirements)
