We are seeking a Strategy Lead to drive strategic client partnerships, ensure delivery excellence, and expand key accounts through solution‑led growth initiatives. The role will be based in Basel, Switzerland, with close collaboration across delivery, product, and business development teams. Role Overview The Strategy Lead will serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic clients, ensuring the successful delivery of AI and analytics programs while identifying opportunities for account growth and transformation. This role combines client engagement, delivery oversight, and business expansion, requiring an individual who is both strategically astute and execution‑focused. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of client relationship management in analytics or AI consulting environments, a track record of driving business outcomes, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with insight‑led discussions. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned strategic clients across life sciences and related industries. Understand client goals, priorities, and business challenges to ensure Involead’s solutions deliver measurable impact. Lead regular business reviews, performance tracking, and governance meetings to ensure high client satisfaction and long‑term partnership value. Build executive relationships with key decision‑makers and influence strategic initiatives through data‑driven recommendations. Account Growth & Strategy Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client objectives and Involead’s business goals. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts across commercial analytics, digital transformation, and AI solutions. Partner with Business Development and Solution teams to shape proposals, craft value propositions, and close renewals or expansions. Drive account profitability while maintaining delivery excellence and client satisfaction. Delivery Governance & Performance Oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with Delivery, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure consistent value realization for clients. Monitor project KPIs, operational health, and service performance; proactively mitigate risks or delivery gaps.Ensure structured client feedback loops and implement continuous improvement mechanisms. Cross‑functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between client, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Contribute to solution development and innovation by bringing client insights and market intelligence. Collaborate with Marketing to support client case studies, references, and thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 8–12 years of experience in account management, client engagement, or delivery leadership roles within analytics, AI, or digital consulting organizations. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, working with pharma, biotech, or healthcare clients. Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or technology sectors. Strong understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, digital transformation, and commercial strategy solutions. Demonstrated success in driving account growth, managing multi‑million‑dollar engagements, and achieving client satisfaction. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to link analytics to tangible business outcomes. Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management frameworks.
