**Digital Consumer Activation & Strategy Lead**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Shape & Lead the Digital Consumer Activation strategy at global level working with respective regional digital marketing & brands teams. Setup the roadmap from initial pilots with clear learning plan to scale execution.
- Create clear, simple and persuasive narratives to influence C-level executives driving business transformation through consumer data.
- Orchestrate Consumer Activation Programs at global level (1-1 engagement, CRM, Web/Mobile Apps, Direct Selling, Loyalty...) with portfolio approach from hands-on ownership to coordination.
- Bring thought leadership to the Global Digital & Brand teams delivering transformative consumer experiences combining media, creative & data streams. Shape broader digital strategy putting data & consumer activation at the center.
- Establish clear definition of success along with KPIs for the consumer activation programs & setup the measurement framework capturing the business impact.
- Partner with the IT to shape the tech strategy and roadmap around consumer activation plans.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- BA or BS education, MBA preferred
- 9+ years of international experience within one or more of the following fields: Digital/Performance marketing, Digital consumer activation (CRM/DTC/App/Ecommerce), Strategy consultancy in relevant sectors.
- Experience in leading in a matrixed, cross-functional environment; actively collaborating & building rapport with broad set of stakeholders.
- Experience in influencing senior level executives by developing impactful narratives simplifying complex technical topics.
- Experience in managing enterprise-wide transformative programs (e.g. strategic plan, new product launch, new business creation) from inception to deployment
- Has analytical mindset and measurement experience around digital marketing, user funnels.
- Passionate Self-starter, questioning the status-quo and driving transformation with operational discipline.
- Up-to-date on latest marketing technologies (e.g. DTC, CRM, CDP)
- Fluency in English
