**Regional Sr. Designer (all genders)**

**JOB PURPOSE**

As the Regional Sr. Designer (all genders) you will spearhead the megabrand design strategy, transforming consumer insights and business strategies into unforgettable brand experiences. You’ll drive the visual design process for regional innovations, ensuring consistent and impactful market executions. Collaborating with top-tier activation agencies and cross-functional teams, you’ll create distinctive consumer experiences that stand out. This dynamic role balances strategic design management with hands-on creativity, making a significant commercial impact through remarkable brand activations.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the execution of the megabrand design strategy for the region, leveraging consumer and customer insights to create remarkable brand experiences
- Partner with activation agencies to guarantee exceptional in-market execution
- Oversee the visual design process for regional innovations within an approved design system/architecture
- Create and manage visual designs for key regional innovations, ensuring alignment with the overall design strategy
- Develop and implement brand books and design intent guidelines to maintain consistent in-market execution
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end design activities for projects, including scope, brief, design review, budgets, and timing
- Identify opportunities to create irresistible consumer experiences and provide design leadership in cross-functional projects/teams
- This role will require both design management (50%) and hands-on design skills (50%)

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Qualification graphic design - or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, Master’s Degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years’ experience
- Proven experience in managing holistic design across multiple touchpoints, from innovation to execution
- A strong track record in building distinctive brand and consumer experiences that deliver notable commercial impact
- Curiosity, Empathy, Knowledge, Resilience, Persistence, and Expertise
- Focus on outcomes, team collaboration and co-creation, agility and adaptability, entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- Proficiency in design thinking, 2D & 3D design, project planning, shopper & user empathy, manufacturing/printing principles, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite
