**ABOUT THE JOB**:
As a Web Merchandiser, you’ll drive the daily execution and strategic optimisation of our digital storefront. You will manage product activations, content updates, and navigation enhancements, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey across desktop and mobile. Your role combines coordination, analysis, and creative input, in close collaboration with buying, social media, photo studio, and developers.

**YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR COMMON SUCCESS**:

- Manage product lifecycle: uploads, descriptions, titles, and activations on Magento
- Track and follow up on delays, cancellations, and changes in delivery timing
- Conduct trading refreshes and ad-hoc performance analysis
- Optimise navigation, categories, and filters based on trends and seasonality
- Lead weekly content planning and coordination with photo studio and brand team
- Manage homepage content, wording, and translations
- Coordinate promotional categories, labels, and visual updates
- Liaise with developers to solve issues and implement platform improvements
- Support special projects (e.g., Tally Cares, landing pages)
- Respond to customer service requests related to product visibility
