**Your role**
- Do you want to join a team that trail blazes the technologies used for Reconciliations, Data integrity and Reporting? Do you aspire to work and manage a team who productionize reconciliation static updates, scale system enabled reconciliations? Do you have experience of working with business stakeholders across the globe and IT stakeholders on system upgrades, implementations and migrations?

We are looking for a Reconciliation Team Lead to:

- own the processes for CTC reconciliation static data management as well as CTC exception management related to data preparation, loading, and maintenance for various reconciliations
- manages the day to day of the service delivery units based in Switzerland and India, including supervisory controls e.g. EoD Sign-off, Key Procedural controls, SLA reviews, SOP reviews
- be the point contact for integration activities impacting Nostro, Depot and Intersystem reconciliations as well as automation requirements, front-to-back process improvements working together with Network Management and Account Opening teams
- define requirements and design target exception management processes that can be implemented using Next Gen reconciliations platforms on Cloud
- performs comprehensive analyses, risk assessments, identify and mitigate any control gaps while supporting various audit queries

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Reconciliations & Data Integrity Operations (DI OPS) in Switzerland who supports the verification of UBS books and records, by reconciling internally held data against external data sources (agent banks, custodians, exchanges) and reconciling data between UBS internal systems (e.g., Front Office vs Back Office). DI OPS Exception Management team looks after the static data management as well as monitoring exceptions queues resulting from incomplete reference data.

**Your expertise**
- deep understanding of financial products, including but not limited to FX, MM, FI, Cash equities, Collateral, ETD, and securities markets
- 10+ years experience in building and performing reconciliations related to Nostro, Depot Transactional, Safekeeping, Actual vs Implied, Intersystem and Total equity recs for various products such as FX, MM, Depot, Nostro, PB, SBL, Collateral, OTC, Hedge funds and ETD
- expertise in accounting and financial markets, with an understanding of interpreting swift messages, including MT 103,202,910,900,210,535,536,950,940
- 7+ years hands-on experience in reconciliations platforms, such as CTC, TLM, Intellimatch, DUCO, and workflow tools like PEGA,CIM FOX and played an active role in building BRDs and reviewing reconciliations TDDs
- expertise in metadata management including account opening, closing, amendment requests and nuances related to specific static data requirements for reconciliations
- 3+ years experience in managing Custodian migrations, account onboarding, account amendments, and a deep understanding of testing requirements and success criteria for reconciliations onboarding
- proven track record in leading multiple teams in global locations, preferably Switzerland and India, with a minimum span of 40+
