**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital procurement tools and processes that support the company's procurement strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-business and functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices using digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards using digital tools and systems.
- Manage procurement data and metrics using digital tools to support procurement reporting and decision-making.
- Establish procurement performance metrics using digital technologies and monitor procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive procurement process automation and system integration initiatives using digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain training materials using digital platforms and deliver training to procurement staff on digital procurement processes and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience with a focus on digital procurement tools and processes
- Strong understanding of digital procurement tools, software, platforms, including e-procurement systems, contract management, and supplier management.
- Mindset geared towards Innovation and continuous improvement: the ability to think creatively, explore new procurement technologies and tools, and continuously improve procurement processes to achieve better results.
- Capability to develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, including the identification of new procurement technologies and tools.
- Strong project management skill, certification is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using digital tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using digital platforms.
- Familiarity with procurement regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and their digital implementation.
