**YOUR MISSION**

**If you are**:

- Passionate about a career in business controlling and about developing your financial mindset, willing to understand the business of our Maisons and to partner with them
- Looking for a unique transversal finance experience into the business across controlling and retail functions
- Results-driven, proactive and willing to work with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced, diverse and challenging environment
- Able to multitask by managing several budget streams, projects and deadlines at the same time
- A real team player who enjoys sharing and communicating

**You will be successful in the role by**:

- Participating to the monthly closing activities in collaboration with the accounting team (management reporting, boutiques reporting, etc.)
- Acting as the local Finance business partner for a brand to comment on, challenge and explain financial performance and providing support in order to facilitate appropriate decision making
- Partnering with other teams to secure internal controls and compliance issues
- Participating in specific projects related to data collection/analysis and process automation
- Supporting finance team members in ad-hoc projects

- You will work closely with the controlling team, RBO team and Swiss market CFO

- You will interact with colleagues from very diverse Richemont functions, in the Swiss market and at the regional level

**Your competencies**:

- You hold a Master degree or equivalent in an analytics field
- You are a recent graduate or you have one year of work experience in finance
- You are dedicated, flexible and autonomous
- You have a high mental agility, strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of finance
- You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French; German is a plus
