**Purpose of the position**:
The intern will be supporting activities related to driving the growth agenda of Milka, one of our core brands in the Mondelez portfolio.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support Marketing Manager to develop strategy, communication, and activation to drive our Sustainability and Wellbeing agenda.
- Monitor all sustainability practices for compliance and collect list of areas that require improvement
- Create targeted market and competition analyses as well as derive concrete marketing measures.
- Project management with various internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Coordinate all Wellbeing initiatives.

- Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA); in the field of **Marketing, Communication or Business Administration**:

- Team player, cooperative, easily gains trust and support of peers, encourages collaboration;
- Self-starter, motivated to act and experiment and eager to learn;
- Adaptable to new environments, quick learner, open to change;
- **Fluent English**:

- High level of flexibility;
- Working knowledge of PCs and software such as Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

We offer 1 year, full time internship from the beginning of September
