What does the Global Program Manager - Digital Services for Life Sciences do, you ask?
The Global Program Manager - Digital Services for Life Sciences will be responsible for leading and driving new digital service programs to ensure achievement of our business goals. The program manager will work with our life sciences experts around the world to identify and create new digital service use cases, rollout new digital service offerings to each of our regions and support our life sciences teams around the world with the successful adoption of our life sciences digital service portfolio.

**What you will do**:

- Provide hands on expert knowledge and assistance to our regions around the world; be a thought leader on the topic of digital services for life sciences.
- Ownership and execution of the business plan for Digital Services for Life Sciences
- Deliver training and workshops to sales teams in our regions around the world to build their “digital” expertise for life sciences to attract new clients and grow existing clients
- Bring customer, market and regional feedback into our portfolio, vertical market and development teams.
- Collaborate, coordinate and execute with product management and vertical market teams to roll-out new digital services to life sciences sales teams globally
- Spearhead and drive development of collateral in conjunction with marketing and product management teams for life sciences digital services that promotes the vision, value proposition and overall message to the market; coordinate with marketing to drive promotional activities such as social media campaigns, conferences and other activities.
- Participate in the development and delivery of demonstrations, live or via webinar, to regions, conferences and customers in conjunction with our regional counterparts around the world
- Increase visibility of our Digital Service Portfolio for Life Sciences around the globe

**What you will need**:

- A digital and innovative mindset and understanding is required.
- Experience with industry leading life science software and systems; experience with building infrastructure technologies a strong plus.
- Proven successful track record in promoting digital services and XaaS business models
- Experience developing and positioning value-based messaging to life science executives and leadership
- Business development experience with regional teams is a strong plus
- Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the Life Science space
- Bachelor’s degree or substantial industry experience required
- Travel - 35% (some international)
