- What does the Global Program Manager - Digital Services for Physical Security do, you ask?_

The Global Program Manager - Digital Services for Physical Security will be responsible for leading and driving new digital service program ideas to ensure achievement of our business goals. The program manager will work with our security experts around the world to generate new data driven service use cases, support our portfolio teams and regions with the rollout of new digital service offerings and support our security teams around the world with the successful adoption of our physical security digital service portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands on expert knowledge and assistance to our regions around the world; be a thought leader on the topic of data driven services
- Ownership and achievement of the data driven services Physical Security program
- Deliver training and workshops to our regions around the world to build their “digital” expertise to attract new clients and grow existing clients
- Bring customer, market and regional feedback into our portfolio and development teams
- Participate in the development and delivery of demonstrations, live or via webinar, to regions and customers in conjunction with our regional counterparts and portfolio teams around the world
- Increase visibility of our Data Driven Service Portfolio for Physical Security around the globe
- Define new data driven and analytics-based use cases for Digital Services in the Security space

**What you must have**:

- A digital and innovative mindset and understanding is required.
- Experience with industry leading physical security software and systems.
- Proven successful track record in promoting digital services and XaaS business models.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in the Physical Security space.
- Bachelor’s degree or substantial industry experience required.
- Ability to travel Internationally 35% of the time.
