nous recherchons pour le 1er février 2025 un/e assistant(e) corner manager en cdi 100% à genève

Tu es enthousiaste à l’idée

... De créer des expériences client impressionnantes. Tu aideras l'équipe à offrir des expériences en magasin significatives qui construiront une fidélité durable à la marque.

De participer au développement des ventes et de l’animation du corner. Tu suivrais et animerais l’ensemble des indicateurs de performance du corner et mettrais en place des plans d’action.

... D’assister et de diriger les activités quotidiennes du corner. Tu organiserais le corner en collaboration avec le/la responsable et tu as le sens des chiffres, de l'ordre et de la propreté.

... D’animer les conseillers de ventes (F/H). Tu intégrerais les nouveaux collaborateurs et aiderais à développer leurs compétences.

... De vivre notre culture d'entreprise. Tu entretiens une culture positive dans laquelle chacun est valorisé et se voit donner les moyens de réussir grâce au feedback et au développement de carrière. Tu agis comme un modèle de motivation pour ton équipe.

Expérience et compétences requises

Tu as terminé une formation ou tu as une expérience comparable dans le domaine de la beauté, des cosmétiques, de la vente au détail, de la mode ou de la gastronomie.

... Tu as au moins un an d'expérience en tant qu'assistant manager.

... Tu as de fortes capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de gestion, ainsi qu'une passion pour les superbes produits de beauté.

... Tu as une forte intelligence sociale, une bonne capacité de communication et tu maîtrises l’anglais.
