We are looking for a department manager starting January 1st, 2026

Your mission will be

... Provide active support and advice for your team members in your department (Make Up, Skin Care & Hair Care, Fragrance)

… Pass on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news

… Lead coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience

… Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA

… Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them

… Complete merchandise management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester management

… Collaborating on Visual Merchandising, brand updates and in-store animations

… Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Experience and skills

… Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment

… At least 3 years of professional experience

… Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations

… Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends

… Fluent in English or native language of the country
