**Preferred Qualifications**

We are looking for a Junior Enterprise Program Manager to join our organization. You will be responsible for supporting large-scale enterprise customer programs around the world. The nature of these engagements means that you will work directly with some of the World’s largest F&B providers at an executive level.

**Responsibilities**
- Define, implement and manage a robust governance framework
- Support program directors to coordinate internal stakeholder activity to ensure alignment of objectives, approach and outcomes
- Provide hands on support for planning and execution of presentations to customers
- Customise and maintain program documentation including program brief, initiation documentation, business case and reporting
- Build and maintain templates for best practice program delivery
- Assist with the development and maintenance of a suite of consulting tools to be used in customer engagements
- Support program directors on active customer engagements
- Customer relationship management and wider stakeholder engagement (C-level)
- Management and oversight of program budgets and timesheets
- Work across all Oracle FBGBU lines of business ensuring a joined up holistic solution
- Proactively engage in supporting best practice management and delivery of customer projects and programs
- Uphold and champion Oracle processes and methodologies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree level
- 3+ years of relevant strategic program management experience
- Proven track record of managing large complex programs and projects preferably in technology/POS solution environments
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to scope, plan and execute tasks in support of successful program delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication, able to interact at executive level both internally and with our customers
- A strategic mind-set - maintain the long term vision but also step into the tactical detail when required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills - ability to decipher project health/issues through hard and soft metrics before they become major issues
- Experience working in a matrix environment, being a team player with the ability to think and work independently
- Proactive - anticipating the customer needs and identifying and implementing solutions
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, able to build strong customer facing content
- Ability to travel as require
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in French and/or German, both written and spoken, is preferred

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Mid-level implementation project professional who manages moderately complex relationships with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.

Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years project management experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
