**About Clinical Application Manager**
**Tasks**
- **Product Optimization**: Refine Dexter's use in current surgical procedures through rigorous testing and refinement to enhance its efficacy and efficiency.
- **Feedback Collection**:Gather user-centric feedback from surgical teams and field colleagues via surveys, interviews, customer visits, congresses, and dedicated hands-on sessions.
- **Material Creation and Maintenance**: Develop and validate clinical procedure cards and procedure guides. Maintain the integrity and relevance of these materials for optimal user experience.
- **Training Management**: Conduct regular training sessions for Clinical Specialists to keep them updated on Dexter's optimal usage and new system updates or changes.
- **Real-World Case Support**: Provide guidance in real-world cases involving new procedures for Clinical Specialists, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle unique and challenging situations.
- **Feedback Loop Establishment**:Build and maintain a robust feedback loop between Clinical Specialists, users, R&D, and the product team for real-time updates and improvements to Dexter based on actual user needs.
- **Experimental Design**: Develop advanced experimental setups for Product Management and R&D to qualify, explore, and validate products and procedures in simulated use.
- **Reporting**:Present procedural and clinical key information qualitatively and quantitatively to cross-functional units and management.
- **Internal Testing**: Undergo intensive training to enhance Dexter usage skills and function as an internal tester for design tests with R&D and Product Management.
- **Collaboration**:Foster a strong relationship with field and training teams, gathering instant feedback from field specialists, and updating training teams with the latest product and procedure content.
- **Quality Compliance**: Ensure processes align with Distalmotion’s quality management system standards.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years’ experience in the medical field with clinical roles.
- Background in OR environment, ideally laparoscopy.
- Outstanding analytical and clinical skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Traveling time: up to 60%.
- Fluent in English. Other European languages a plus.
