**About Global Product Delivery Manager**

**Tasks**
- Manage Dexter's product cycle from scope to release in partnership with the program management team, ensuring successful and on-time product delivery.
- Ensure successful Product related CAPA and the implementation of software patches to ensure the highest quality and safety.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Dexter, proactively identifying areas of enhancement to elevate the customer experience and product efficiency.
- Work closely with the marketing and legal team to substantiate and manage marketing, claims ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and laws and opening opportunity for the marketing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage upstream marketing launches for Dexter, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Maintain close collaboration with field, marketing and training teams.
- Communicate knowledge acquired to R&D for user requirement as well as marketing and training regarding their own activities.
- Maintain and develop documentation on product management and usability in collaboration with the Design Validation Engineer.
- Work with the R&D team and customers to develop & test new prototypes within the release scope.
- Ensure compliant processes following the standards of Distalmotion’s quality management system.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in medical device development with scientific, clinical or engineering roles.
- Background in Medtech environment, laparoscopy and/or robotic is a plus.
- Outstanding analytical skills coupled with creativity and out-of-the box thinking is a must.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong willingness to contribute by bringing ideas and testing them quickly.
- Resilience and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English. Other European languages a plus.
