**About Project Manager Manufacturing (Instruments and Single use accessories)**

The Project Manager Manufacturing manage projects of manufacturing transfers, design transfers within the framework of manufacturing ramp up of Distalmotion’s single use instruments and accessories.

**Tasks**

Project management:

- Creation of the project management plan and ensure it is valid and up to date, formulate assignments in collaboration with project team members.
- Monitor and control deadlines and milestones.
- Identification of success factors and assessment of the project in terms of feasibility, profitability and risks.
- Lead the change management (organizational and technical), ensure the compliance with regulatory.

Manufacturing transfer, supplier management:

- Define, update the requirements for new partners selection.
- Lead Supplier management matters.
- Maintain or ensure the maintenance of the manufacturing and technical documentation up to date: Device Master Records (DMR) through a PLM (Product Life cycle) software.

Industrialization, continuous improvement:

- Support the volume ramp up of the instrument manufacturing line.
- Research of solutions for cost optimization.
- Lead the development of manufacturing processes and tooling.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in engineering (microtechnology, robotics, mechanical engineering or equivalent).
- Professional experience in industry: manufacturing, industrialization, or R&D (including medical devices), significant experience in project management.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary Supplier and CMO management.
- Proven track record in industrialization and or manufacturing line follow up of mechanical or mechatronics devices (high volumes).
- Software requirements: MS Office, Project management SW (e.g. MS Office, Orchestra) Any PLM or ERP software a plus.
- Knowledge of the ISO 13485; Regulation (EU) : 2017/745 (MDR) ; risk management (PFMEA).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: Lean manufacturing, CAPA, 5M, PARETO, 8D,
- Strong verbal and written documentation and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French, German a plus.
- Solution and customer oriented, focus results.
- Open to travel - up to 50%, Europe (USA).
