Sales operations at Distalmotion is responsible to support, enable, and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently.
In addition, key workstreams managing the fast growing sales teams are in the hands of the sales operations manager, to align the organization and to drive business results.
**Tasks**:
- Manage, evolve, and report on the CRM tool. Audit data for consistency, setup automations, manage custom fields and data and analyze data. Management of quotation process through CRM.
- Analyze Performance metrics and optimize the sales processes
- Analyze data, taking in account the evolution of territory assignment and growth forecasting and formulate the incentives program and sales quota together with the sales leadership.
- Oversee sales forecasting
- Oversee tender management and implement pricing strategies within the tender management
- Manage of price lists in alignment with Finance and Distalmotion leadership
- Be in charge of Sales Project Management
- Work in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams
**Requirements**:
- Professional sales operations management experience with min 5years’ experience in comparable roles
- Bachelor degree or higher in technical/ business or related areas
- Excellent knowledge in IT and controlling
- Experience in implementing and improving business processes
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Forward thinking combined with detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to recruit team members
- Demonstrated experience organizing and driving complex, multi-function projects or programs.
- Personality and ability to lead the future sales operations organization at Distalmotion
- Fluent in English mandatory. Other European languages (preferably French or German) would be a great asset
