Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead and oversee our Phase 3 clinical study. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, multisite Phase 3 trials within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This role calls for strong leadership, meticulous organization, and a deep understanding of clinical trial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, initiating, and managing all aspects of the Phase 3 clinical trial for Vanarix.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, and Medical Affairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
  • Monitoring trial progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Managing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closure activities.
  • Preparing and reviewing trial documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating communication between sites and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Phase 3 clinical trials.
  • Proven experience with trial management for biopharmaceuticals or biotech products.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
