**T&E Data Management, Analytics and BI Manager (flexible location)**:

In this role you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business and process performance. You will work closely with the business and technology teams to guide in solution development and implementation and to arrive at methodologies to develop KPIs and Metrics. This role is open globally and location is set in all ABB Offices with a preference for Poland and India.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage team for creating, maintaining, interpreting data, and analyzing results using statistical techniques, automation or artificial intelligence and providing ongoing reports with focus on effective operational execution.
- Ensure execution of quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights to create value and supports decision-making.
- Subject matter expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics, layout; guides building of dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.
- Guide and foster innovation and creativity while ensuring long-term technology stability of analytical solutions.
- Analyze reports and identifies areas where improvements can be made and manages bugs for troubleshooting the reporting environment / ensures data correctness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising of enterprise architects, data scientists, project managers, software engineers, product management and business stakeholders to craft solution architecture blueprints.
- Mentor and guide Data Management as well as Data Analytics & BI Specialists on complex reporting and analytical issues.
- Constantly reinforcement of the role of BI in the business and clearly communicate what business intelligence will and will not deliver and keeps abreast on latest technology architecture trends through continuous learning.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Data Science or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and in leading teams
- Previous experience in Shared Services for a Global Company is considered as a strong plus as well as T&E domain knowledge
- Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
