Yokoy is an award-winning Swiss FinTech company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to fully automate spend management (expenses, supplier invoices, and corporate credit/debit cards) for midsize and large corporations globally. With 100 employees and offices in Amsterdam, Zürich, Vienna, and Munich, Yokoy already operates globally and has big ambitions to expand within Europe and intercontinentally.

In order to achieve these high ambitions and continue scaling our company we are currently growing our strong team of analytical, curious, creative, and experienced marketers.

As a Public Relations Manager, you will be creating company wide public relation plans and strategies that improve the quality of the company's voice via different online & offline channels. You will also be responsible for all communications, public relations, and public affairs of Yokoy and bring awareness to our brand.

Tasks
- You serve as a first contact person for all media inquiries and media agencies
- You are responsible for creating, planning, and executing value adding stories and public relations strategies to position Yokoy in the different markets through media
- You write press releases, media announcements, speeches, and other PR content
- You conduct media research and analyze public opinion
- You build and maintain targeted media lists, and nurture relationships
- You monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Journalism or Public Relations and broad experience as a Public Relations Manager or in a similar role
- You already gained experience with PR campaigns and media management as well as social media platforms
- You have applicable knowledge in copywriting and editing
- You describe yourself as a self-motivated, proactive, responsible & professional team player
- Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
