**About the department**

Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 70 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region North West Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations). This newly created position is reporting to the Senior Director Market Access & Public Affairs.

**The position**

In this position you will secure prioritisation of our disease areas in the Swiss health care environment and our corporate brand by ensuring impactful engagement with a range of stakeholders including patient groups, government, and health insurances, in full compliance with corporate and legal requirements. In this way you would support business opportunities and strategy, considering short-, medium
- and long-term local business needs.

In this role you would be responsible for the promotion of Novo Nordisk’s visibility amongst key business, industry and government influencers in order to enhance the corporate reputation.

Your main responsibilities would include:

- Execution of PA activities and tactics according to plan and b uilding multi-stakeholder alliances that would raise awareness of diabetes and obesity
- Development and execution of prevention programs within obesity and diabetes
- Cross functional collaboration with Communications, Market Access, Marketing, Medical and Sales
- Participating as well as presenting relevant PA topics at internal meetings
- Giving PA related input to launch planning and affiliate market plans, d riving sustainability projects and organising external Public Affairs events.

**Qualifications**
- You are an excellent communicator with perfect management skills who can work cross-functionally. You can handle multiple deadlines and work at a rapid pace. You enjoy working independently as well as part of the team.
- You have a profound knowledge of the Swiss health care system. Moreover, you bring the experience in project management. The understanding of the existing government, advocacy contacts and relationships in the market are a plus.
- You hold a master’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, economics, or public health.
- You are fluent in German, English and French.
