**Product Manager - Information Security**:

- You will join KPMG's CISO Team within Digital Business Technology (DBT), and handle product management responsibility for our security services. As information security expert, you will anchor implementation of security or compliance controls and automation, GRC tooling adoption in close collaboration with our service lines and risk function and support product teams with the necessary security know-how. As needed, the role will also act as Deputy to the CISO, handling management responsibilities delegated to the role.

**Your contribution to KPMG**

As product manager for security services, elaborate security goals, specify requirements for our security objectives through ownership and management of backlog

Drive control framework implementation, automation and GRC tooling integration to meet stated objectives and key results

Own QoS and SLOs of our security services on behalf of CISO, collaborating closely with architecture teams to embed security into the design of KPMG technology solutions

Drive the adoption of modern security practices like DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering through enablement

Support the refinement of KPMG Role-Based Access Control models through functional and logical design

Act as deputy to the CISO, manage security approvals and support the organization with security advice and reviews

**This is what makes you successful**

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in information security roles, ideally with broad exposure to the security field

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or related field

Proven experience with control automation and GRC tooling

Expertise in requirements engineering and product management

Experience with contemporary cloud security mechanisms, especially Azure & M365

Good knowledge of security services and product offerings will be an advantage

Some exposure of working with global or distributed teams in security space will be advantage

Experience with Agile, Lean and DevSecOps based delivery models as well as ability to adopt a product-oriented mindset in context of a regulated enterprise

Excellent English skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences, including business and technical stakeholders at all levels
