We are a fast-growing international consulting and investment group looking for a dynamic
Product Manager
to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative digital products. This fully
remote position
is ideal for professionals passionate about product strategy, user experience, and cross-functional leadership.


Only candidates currently residing in Switzerland (Swiss citizens or valid residence/work permit holders) will be considered.
Applications from outside Switzerland will not be reviewed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization
  • Work closely with design, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and improve product performance
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and measurable KPIs
  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization
  • Align stakeholders and ensure projects meet strategic goals and timelines


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or business strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (German/French a plus)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
