**Scrona** is a deep-tech company revolutionizing high-resolution additive manufacturing. Our breakthrough multi-nozzle MEMS printheads are unlocking new frontiers in printed electronics, semiconductors, and advanced materials. As we expand into global markets and deepen our partnerships with industry leaders, we are looking for a Product Manager to own and manage our product portfolio and coordinate strategic and tactical execution across key accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage the product and technology portfolio, including lifecycle planning, versioning, and integration across platforms
- Drive cross-functional project execution, including planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate technical and commercial deliverables with strategic partners and key accounts
- Lead internal portfolio review and prioritization meetings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals
- Support go-to-market readiness, including product documentation, launch coordination, and customer training
- Represent Scrona at industry events and conferences, showcasing our roadmap, progress, and unique value proposition
- Act as the interface between R&D and commercial teams, translating market input into clear product and project requirements
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to align product and portfolio decisions with broader strategic goals

**Your Profile**:
**Must-Have-Qualifications**
- Academic background (BSc / MSc) in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio coordination in a technical environment
- Solid foundation in project management principles, including planning, tracking, and cross-functional communication
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable interfacing with both technical and commercial teams
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

**Nice-to-Have-Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience in semiconductors, microelectronics, printed electronics, or advanced manufacturing
- Proficient in using a common ERP SystemFamiliarity with agile or hybrid development methodologiesProject management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience in presenting at conferences or representing products in external forums
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in working in a fast-moving startup environment
