**Was Sie bewegen**:

Aufbau, Aktualisierung und Optimierung der Prozesslandschaft im Kundensupport
Einsatz
- und Ressourcenplanung, inklusive Planung und Monitoring von Ferien & Arbeitszeiten
Konzeption und Durchführung von Fach
- und Methoden-Schulungen für Kundensupporter für bestehende und neue Mitarbeitende
Aufbau des Kennzahlenmanagements mit Aufbereitung von Analysen und Ableitung geeigneter Massnahmen
Erstellung von Anleitungen, Checklisten und Bewertungsformularen für die Qualitätssicherung

**Was Sie mitbringen**:
**Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)**:

im kaufmännischen Bereich oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Praxiserfahrung

**Erste Berufserfahrung**:

im Kundendienst, Customer Care oder Call Center

**Deutsch (fliessend)**:
**Französisch (von Vorteil)**:
**Englisch (von Vorteil)**:

Erfahrung im Bereich Einsatzplanung, Prozessmanagement oder Qualitätsmanagement
Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
Organisations
- und kommunikationsstarke sowie kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
Selbstständige sowie flexible Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Vermittlung von Wissen
