**Your role**:

- Leading Business Development and Account Management with designated key clients
- Building a strong relationship with the senior executives and strategic leaders in the client organization
- Efficiently execute the needs of the client
- Developing a deep understanding of the Medical Device industry to maximize the value which we can offer to the clients
- Working with the clients and the internal team to meet the needs of the client thereby for repeat, up-sell opportunities and positive referrals
- Methodical completion of sales activities including account planning, financial reporting, opportunity management etc.

**Your profile**:

- Extensive knowledge of the MedTech industry (Medical Device and IVD sectors)
- Previous experience of account management
- Strong sales and opportunity management skills across the full sales cycle (from lead identification to contract negotiations and closing)
- Self-motivated individual with the aim to drive positive client satisfaction
- Proven ability to create strategic and tactical customer plans
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage board level contacts
- Ability to develop strong internal relationships and collaborate work together to achieve the objective
- Fluency in English is a must, German would be an advantage
