**Global Account Manager - Total Energies/Technip Energies**:**

Working with Process Automation, you will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable order growth with the nominated account for all relevant divisions and geographies.

**This position reports to**:
Industry Network Leader for Oil & Gas

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strategy: Develop a strategic growth vision for the account. Research and understand the Customer’s business environment and key business drivers. Determine and shape the customer’s global needs and anticipate their challenges currently and future needs.
- Sales Leadership: Responsible for achieving committed sales targets. Leadership and management across the account’s End User Projects, Growth Initiatives, Capture Teams, and all Master & Sub Account Plans.
- Targets: Defines and proposes global and local sales and strategic growth targets for the account, in alignment with the Divisions and Management expectations.
- Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and communication colleagues to distill complexity into simple and understandable messages for the customer (e.g., utilize concise value propositions, frame agreements, supplier qualification related actions etc.).
- Market Knowledge: Monitor competitor’s activity and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented. Provide input to Business on market price developments and new product / solution requirements.
Internal/External Interface: Responsible for building client network in collaboration with Division colleagues.
- Act as the orchestrator and ambassador between ABB Divisions and the Customer, facilitating zero distance, solving problems, and improving ease of doing business for the customer.
- People Leadership: Establish and manage/motivate results orientated virtual account teams by influencing, coaching mentoring, and engaging with team members. Encourage and develop talent across ABB. Plan succession in own team..

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of delivering order results.
- Technical or business degree.
- Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Communication and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking
- Business development and account management experience is an advantage
- Experience in global organization or international experience.
