**Global Account Partner**
Indegene is looking for a front-line client leader in driving business growth as well as managing customer engagement efforts. You will assist in the development of sales strategy by providing insight into opportunities across geographies, business units and offerings. You will help manage sales cycles for our full suite of offerings and curate Indegene’s services and solutions to executives across the clients’ value chain.
**Core responsibilities**:
- Identify, prioritize, develop and drive the sale of Indegene’s services and large transformation projects to our large clients, in collaboration with Client Partners and other sales leaders
- Drive structured, compelling conversations with existing clients that generate new programs including but not limited to the evangelization of new commercial models and business case development
- Develop strong client relationships to ensure successful renewals and identify future sales opportunities
- Drive the responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in partnership with the Client Partner, solutioning teams, SMEs etc.
- Lead a defined, structured approach to governance on all business development activities
- Assist on large, complex, integrated solutions (often multi-services and multinational solutions)
- Assist the Client Partner in acquisition of new client buying groups
- Facilitate handoffs to customer success and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless service delivery
**Must Haves**:
- 8+ years of technology/ solutions sales experience and/ or demonstrated Account Management capability at established Agency/ Pharma/ Technology/ BPO / Consulting firm
- Strong ability to build and manage customer relationships, as well as navigate complex buying and decision-making environments
- Proven ability to sell both individually and in collaboration with a larger sales organization
- Strong core “consultative selling” skills including problem solving, data analysis, process design, story-boarding and relationship management
