Sr. Manager Global and Executive Talent Acquisition

Location: Root D4, CH, 6039 Portsmouth, NH, US, 03801 Philadelphia, PA, US, 19104 New York, NY, US, 10036The **Senior Manager, Global and Executive Talent Acquisition** is responsible for establishing an executive recruitment program at Novocure on behalf of its Senior Leadership Team, attract and recruit global and executive-level talents while establishing and integrating an external succession planning program for the most senior roles at Novocure within its annual talent review in close partnership with business leaders, HRBP leads and Talent Development COE. In addition, the position is responsible for implementing Novocure-wide Global Mobility Program in order to attract and retain talents while balancing the business needs and internal equity.

This is a full-time, exempt position that has some flexibility regarding location (ideally New York, New Hampshire, Philadelphia, or Switzerland) and will report into the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition in Novocure’s Centers of Excellence (“COE”)

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Partner with our senior leadership team and HRBP leads to understand current and long-term business needs and talent plan and fully accountable for executing the end-to-end recruiting efforts based on the talent plan for global and executive positions across all regions.
- Lead external succession plan through market mapping and generate pipeline globally for executive and global talents in support of Novocure’s business expansions.
- Lead talent acquisition strategy for executive and global positions.
- Oversee any global mobility work streams for a seamless experience of key talents and their family members.
- Stay up-to-date on executive and global total rewards trends and drive continuous improvement of Global Mobility and Global and Executive Recruitment strategy.
- Drive continuous, data-driven improvement and outcome of the responsible program strategy and processes.
- Partner with Corporate Tax, Finance (Accounting), Senior Leadership and HRBP leads in minimizing permanent establishment, income tax and social security exposures as well as supporting any transfer pricing mechanisms in place.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies and vendors with regards to executive recruitment and global mobility.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSESS THE BELOW QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and/or related experience, in the life sciences industry.
- 2+ years of coordinating global mobility program is a plus.
- Proven ability to understand the business strategy and translate them into global and executive talent needs.
- Experience in partnering and negotiating with senior-level leadership with credible knowledge in global talent market, empathy and strong business acumen.
- The ability to identify top talents globally through market mapping and attract top talent
- Proven ability of leveraging LinkedIn and other talent pipeline and job board tools and ability to collect and understand current practices in managing search agencies for sourcing the best-in-class talents in various countries.
- Demonstrated passion for learning highly complex area of global and executive total rewards (e.g. equity) and market landscape worldwide.
- Strong analytic and interpersonal, influencing skills.
- Cross cultural awareness in interacting with global talents.

**OTHER**:

- Ability to travel up to 30% of time
- Ability to work remotely outside of business hours, when needed.
