- We are looking for technically minded product owners to take ownership of an AI product in the space of audio communication monitoring or the Know Your Client (KYC) review process.
- As a product owner, you will:
- ensure compliance with internal model validation and deployment governance processes
- work with UI/UX developers and users to specify changes to the graphical user interface

- Methodologies and Models within Group Compliance, Regulatory and Governance is a newly established unit which uses state of the art AI/Machine Learning based solutions, covering the entire non-financial risk control and compliance space. Our mandate is to design and build the next-generation methodology set and AI development pipeline & tooling in an end-to-end responsibility. **Your expertise**
- master’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics or quantitative finance
- 4-8 years of experience designing IT or machine learning solutions, applied preferably in financial services, risk & compliance domain
- experience with design thinking as well as lean and agile development principles
- ability to draw insights from data using Python
- affinity with machine learning, backend, frontend and database development
- basic understanding of IT and software engineering principles
- understanding of model risk management processes
- good communication, writing & presentation skills
- fluency in English required, other languages (e.g. German) advantage
