**What it's about** HR Operations: - Administer all employee life cycle processes with focus on employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers and exits - Perform accidents, sickness and child allowances registrations as well as reports and other administrative tasks and reports - Dealing with and point of contact for different authorities (migration office, tax at source office, "Ausgleichskasse", brokers and insurances) - Conduct HR new hire / leaver orientation with employees - Work on assigned projects - Responsible for the entire vocational training/apprentice program at Partners Group (Berufsbildung) - Ensure compliance with and stay abreast of all labor laws and regulations - Proactively optimize tasks, processes, policies and procedures - Work closely together with the other HR functions and regions **What we expect** - 2-5 years of relevant HR experience - Fluent in German and English - Berufsausbildner (preferred) - Good analytical and communications skills - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
