Professional leadership of the local Customer Operations Team.
- First point of contact for the team regarding daily business, complex questions, responsible for trainings and teammeetings
- Leading team regarding resource planning, vacation, daily business tasks etc.
- Coordination of local and wider topics with Sales Manager, Marketing, other stakeholders
- Lead regarding local projects and initiatives for Customer Operations area
- IRIS -SAP Compliance checks
- Order handling from all Franchises within the cut-off time
- Coordination with external warehouses and logistic partners
- Order monitoring and delivery date/ backorder monitoring
- Consignment stock: Support, administration regarding replacement of expiring lenses with Customers and Sales.
- Return order handling and credit note creation
- Archiving and documentation of special cases in alignment with local and global requests/ SOP
- Forward customer complaints within 24hrs to the quality team in charge / based on local guidelines and SOP
- Education: Commercial education
- Languages: German, English, French
- Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in Customer Service and team leader skills in an international company, Med-tech or pharma business experience as advantage. Competency/Technical Skills: Fundamental knowledge of the MS-Office package, excellent SAP-Knowledge (experience as Super user an advantage), communication ability, stress-resistant, teamplayer
