- We’re looking for a high performing business & project manager to:

- Lead and implement practical change-management business projects for RSA CIC organization and as part of the SME Hybrid Bank initiative
- Support RSA CIC organization and its team leads with run-the-bank business management issues
- Represent and foster organizational as well as digital transformation including via the definition of new processes or the streamlining of processes while ensuring a client-centered approach
- Work with a variety of stakeholders across business areas and divisions including with the Agile Delivery Organization and act as a key representative of RSA CIC

- The RSA CIC Transformation team is responsible for the transformation, the implementation and the support of the client servicing model for corporates & institutional clients. It supports front and servicing units and interacts with numerous stakeholders across the whole UBS franchise.
