As the **(Senior) Manager HR Change Management, Communication & Training - HR Cloud Systems **your primary role will be to help drive our HR digital transformation and the overall optimization of our Enterprise HR Technology Eco-system in alignment with our multi-year HR Technology strategy and roadmap from a change, communication & training management perspective to ensure transformation acceleration and value creation to drive toward the expected outcomes. Overall, through the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central incl. ESS/MSS and other enabling HR IS tools, e.g. Phenom etc., we build/enable the foundation for our HR Operating Model to achieve more effective and efficient HR processes with an improved user experience for managers, employees and HR. To be successful in rolling out the new processes in SuccessFactors appropriate stakeholder management, change management, communication and training are key for overall success and user adoption.
**Tasks/responsibilities**:
Responsible for the delivery of effective change, communication and training management.
- Define the HR Tech change management and communication strategy and roadmap
- Drive the implementation of change strategies and the supporting plans for the project to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance; support the change delivery of the project in all regions and HQ
- Manage and coordinate change management, communication and training activities as part of the global SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
- Support SF EC implementation teams with necessary change management framework, communication and training concepts, methods and tools
- Strengthen change management capabilities, build, coordinate and support a network of change agents in business/ line management as well as in HR and within the project and within the business
- Define the training strategy and ensure/support delivery
- Monitor, coordinate, ensure delivery of key user and user trainings across the regions and HQ
- Create end-user documentation and support references in a form that is easy to update and tailored to the needs of our employees (e.g. one pagers, manuals, learning modules in Absorb/weLearn etc.)
- Together with the workstream leader “testing” and “GPO and SME“ support the development of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and provide initial UAT-focused training to end user testers as necessary
**Profile**:

- Master’s degree (or similar) with focus on HR, Business Administration, IT or Psychology
- Professional experience in Change Management, Learning, HR Digitalization in a global environment
- Proven track record in providing Change Management, Communication & Training measures while implementing an HR Cloud System like SuccessFactors from setting the strategy and vision to the hands-on operational execution
- Very good knowledge of new work environments, enabling HR technologies, HR processes, HR delivery models (Business Partner, Clouds/CoE, HR Shared Services), process optimization / project management, change, communication and training management, knowledge management, virtual learning and cultural change
- Knowledge of HR on premise and cloud systems especially SuccessFactors with typical modules/processes
- Knowledge of user-centric experience design including colleague experience (managers, employees, HR), user experience, personas, user journey maps, and moments that matter methodologies
Strong communication, influencing and networking skills as well as a service-oriented mindset to involve stakeholders across all levels in the organization
- Fluent language skills in English, any other languages are beneficial
- Very good skills in using Microsoft Office products, collaboration platforms and project management tools
- Experience creating videos and training materials ideally with Articulate
