As a Country Implementation Change Lead Support (m / f / d) you will play a key role in supporting the companies transformation by driving change management strategies for the Global SAP Program (SAP S / 4HANA) across Greece Romania and the Baltics. Your initial focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP landscape and standardized business processes across multiple releases. Over time the role will increasingly shift toward enabling new ways of working developing capabilities and shaping organizational culture. Tasks Customize global change strategies and plans to drive fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working in your location Deliver outcomes aligned with project plans Collaborate closely with Functional Change Leads and the global Organizational Development (OD) team Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream and oversee all communications and training activities in the country Coach senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsors Support country stakeholders including people managers and supervisors in managing transitions Assist project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans Assess long-term organizational implications of changes and work with key stakeholders to develop appropriate strategies Provide input for change communication and training plans Lead meetings to discuss changes and develop adoption strategies Analyze resistance to change and implement strategies to overcome it Evaluate cost and budget impacts related to change management Period : to Requirements Graduate or postgraduate degree; coaching or psychology background is a plus Additional education in Change Management or Organizational Development 5 years of experience driving organizational change projects Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent presentation skills; Knowledge of Romanian or Greek is beneficial but not mandatory Flexible adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous situations Highly organized energetic and creative change professional Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills Ability to influence senior leadership and guide stakeholders toward a shared vision Benefits Opportunity to contribute to a major global transformation initiative International collaboration within a modern innovative work environment Flexible working models (hybrid work) Access to global resources expert communities and state-of-the-art tools 5 weeks of vacation / 40-hour work week Coverage of certification costs Reka card with a 20% discount on up to CHF 2400 CHF 400 contribution towards a fitness membership Key Skills Academics,Apache Tomcat,Dcom,Fabrication,Banking & Finance,Filing Employment Type: Employee Experience: years Vacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
