- The Senior Manager PE Country Partner is responsible to support the Patient Engagement (PE) Strategy Implementation and 5 DP Deployment Framework at the country level in Region Europe ensuring the PE standard is kept.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Work closely with the Center of Excellence and the Global PE therapeutic area teams to drive the implementation the PE Strategy and 5 DP deployment at the country level, ensuring alignment across countries and a standardize approach
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with relevant regional and international patient organizations acting as primary contact
- Implement a systematic bi-directional communication between Global PE TA and Countries to align on priorities, needs and collaboration
Support closely Countries to implement the PE strategy by facilitating country's network and dialogue on common PE challenges and opportunities to identify possible solutions
- Sharing best practice and identifying needs for capability building
- Providing and sharing assets, materials, guidance, helping with ERC/Legal burden
- Understanding how to operationalize all the PE operational global initiatives

**Minimum requirements**
- Degree, (Masters, postgraduate) in Sciences (public health, biology or similar). Proficient in English
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Pharma with deep understanding of lifecycle of medicines. Knowledge of Product lifecycle, Marketing, Medical and market access, R&D and Commercial expertise, 2 years gained in Patient Engagement
- Demonstrated understanding of Patient Engagement is essential with proven knowledge Understanding of Country PE operational excellence implementation
- Clear understanding of PE strategy and ideally worked on PE projects, secondment or close collaboration with PE function
- Demonstrated experience of development process, regulatory decision making, pharma industry and health policy guidelines, especially as relevant to Patient Engagement. A proven change agent with strong organizational skills and strategic thinking.
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to implement
- Known for collaboration and networking with the broader community and strong stakeholder management experience.
