Director Launch Excellence

The Director Launch Excellence will be the primary interface for Region Europe (RE) TAs and manage adoption and operationalization of Globally created brand launch strategies and initiatives. Further, will partner with RE Medical & Market Access, as well as IMI stakeholders to support shaping of market-relevant customer experiences / campaigns / content for RE markets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely delivery of commercialization strategies created by International TAs to countries (incl non-priority countries and clusters)
- In collaboration with the RE TAs/Medical/MAx teams define the key Region Europe pre-launch outcomes for key pipeline assets (i.e., gap analyses, launch KPI’s, etc.)
- Partner in launch preparation of new indication(s), assessment of market size, opportunity, forecast, aligning with RE TAs, countries and IMI stakeholders
- Monitor the product launch performance, competitive environment to quickly identify issues and plan changes, to provide timely feedback on strategy effectiveness to International TAs
- Monitor ROI assessments of tactical programs, while collaborating with cross-functionally to ensure proper execution throughout the field force(s)
- Collaborate with IMI relevant stakeholders on critical brand issues related to development, aligning as appropriate to the global brand strategy
- Present to RE senior management on initiatives and action plans to address competitive advantages / threats and/ or exogenous market events
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maximization of key IM DA / asset launch in concert with delivery on RE strategic objectives
- Brand sales and market share

**Minimum requirements**
- Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical cross-functional experience successfully launching and driving growth of multiple products / brands and therapy areas
- Above country or multi-country leadership, commercial experience
- Experience in creating competitive, actionable launches in international markets
- Successful track record working in matrix with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access
- TA knowledge (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested
