Our client is seeking an experienced Medical Director with a Neurology background to support their organisation on a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This hybrid role, based in Switzerland, will focus on providing senior medical leadership across a Multiple Sclerosis portfolio.What You’ll DoLead medical strategy and execution for Multiple Sclerosis across Switzerland and selected European marketsAct as the senior medical expert for MS, ensuring scientific accuracy, compliance, and patient‑centric decision‑makingDrive scientific exchange with neurologists and MS specialists, including KOL engagement, advisory boards, and congress activityProvide medical input into launch preparation, evidence generation, and lifecycle managementPartner cross‑functionally with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Clinical Development teamsReview and approve medical materials in line with Swiss and EU compliance requirementsRepresent Medical Affairs within regional and global project teamsWhat You BringMedical degree (MD) or Ph D in a life sciences disciplineExtensive experience in Medical Affairs within Neurology, ideally with Multiple SclerosisExperience operating at Medical Director / Associate Medical Director / Senior Medical Manager levelStrong understanding of MS clinical data, treatment pathways, and evolving treatment landscapesFluent English required; German is a strong advantageInterested candidates are encouraged to apply directly for further information.Seniority Level:DirectorEmployment Type:ContractJob Function:Research and ScienceIndustries:Pharmaceutical ManufacturingLocation: Basel, Switzerland
