**Your contribution**
- Coordinates and provides complex and comprehensive 2nd level support on a global level and according to regulatory requirements
- Autonomous communication to local organization, 3'd level support group and customers
- Releases and maintains content in worldwide solution database
- Develops, plans and conducts (in-house or on-site) training courses for customers and tecan employees and distributors
- Develops service documents and workflows and defines service requirements for new products
- Implementation of complex protocols for end customers and distributors (pre
- and post-sale)
- Monitors product quality and makes sure that product care teams initiate continuous product improvements

**Your background**

- PhD in science, life science or equal education required
- Strong communication skills and able to deal with demanding global customers and work under pressure in an organized and analytical manner
- Requires worldwide travelling 10- 20%
- English spoken and written is a must. Other languages, such as German, are a plus
