Compliance Support in The Area of gxp Training

**Project**:
For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for compliance support in the area of GxP training (M/F/d) **.**

**Background**:
As training & communication support in the GxP Training area, you will work in the technology department at the Basel & Kaiseraugst location. This area is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the biotechnological, chemical and galenical production facilities of the Pharma Division at the Basel & Kaiseraugst area. In addition, the technology department is responsible for the GMP-compliant operation of the infrastructure systems and area supply systems. The GxP Training area is, among other things, the contact person for training activities, the central contact point for support for the departments, determines training needs together with the departments and is the contact person for the topic of training during internal audits and official inspections at the Technical Services / PS site (technology and logistics at the site Basel/Kaiseraugst).

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Administrative support of training measures resulting from local and global requirements as well as participation in the implementation of the required training concepts
- Development of training materials and participation in the organization of training courses
- Supporting customer departments in implementing the training strategy. Active exchange with our customers’ training organizations
- Support of the Learning Management System Cornerstore
- Support with project activities (e.g. data migration)

**Must Haves**:

- Completed technical training or studies in a technical field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company with pharmaceutical, chemical or biotechnological plants
- At least 3 years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations
- Prior experience in compliance and training requirements in the pharmaceutical environment
- First experience as an administrator with the LMS Cornerstone or a comparable LMS
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German. Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with colleagues and employees at different levels
- Responsible and independent processing of complex tasks as well as reliable implementation of agreed priorities
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with the Cornerstone system is an advantage
