For a short-term project at our client’s site in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated

Team Assistant - Training Management 60-100 % (w/m/d)

In this role, you are assisting our Training Management team which is responsible for making advisory training happen.

**Your Qualifications**:

- **Completed commercial training with initial experience in a commercial environment**:

- **Experienced and confident in handling conflicting priorities in times of high workload**:

- Knowledge of Cornerstone (CSOD) or other Learning Management Systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Flexible and motivated personality who enjoys finding solutions to complex and diverse problems
- Autonomous and energetic individual with an eye for detail
- **Fluent in English and German**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for making Advisory and xLoS training happen
- Close coordination with the Course Managers, Training Management team and all the internal and external providers to ensure that all tasks are completed properly and on time
- Supporting trainers and participants to complete their learning experience
- Responsible for the optimisation of processes together with the Training Management Team
