**Project Management & Support**

**Role Purpose**:

- Project Management & Support to the CMO Office, reporting to the Strategy Head & Chief of Staff
- Operationally lead preparation and execution of key meetings such as SM&D and IT Leadership Meeting, Commercial Excellence Council (Commercial ExCo) as well as other meetings chaired by the Chief Marketing & IT Officer
- Operational lead to coordinate, track and drive commitments of the Leadership team and function
- Support in managing and coordinating strategic projects and initiatives in the areas of Marketing/Sales/Digital and Employee culture & engagement
- Liaise with CMO Office Executive Assistant on operational requests and organization of market visits, Leadership team offsites and events

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**1. Key Meeting Forums & Events**
- Lead preparation and operationalization of the agenda, meeting facilitation and follow ups for the Leadership Team Meeting (monthly); CEC (quarterly) and Creative Council (quarterly)
- Lead monitoring of completion of commitments agreed by the Leadership Team / CEC / Creative Council
- Establish reporting priorities and report implementation progress to Leadership Team / CEC / Creative Council
- Liaise with CMO office executive assistant in preparation of market visits for Chief Marketing & IT Officer (put together briefing documents and questions, plan pre-reads from markets and agenda for visits)
- Support in Commercial events and offsites planning and operationalization

**2. Reporting & Performance Management**
- Lead preparation of the ExCo dashboard for Marketing & Sales every quarter based on aligned key Fit-To-Win metrics including alignment of KPIs with functional stakeholders
- Ensure constant optimization of the dashboard to reflect evolution and progress on commitments

**3. Strategic projects/initiatives**
- Project support to key initiatives and programs (Category Strategy, Functional strategy, Employee Engagement & Culture strategy etc.) with responsibility to support in operationalizing outcomes (meetings, deliverables, follow-ups)

**4. Issue resolution & connecting the dots**
- Prioritize initiatives and facilitate resolution of resource bottleneck and /or overlap in coordination with Leadership Team and Strategy Head / Chief of Staff
- Resolve issues driving key initiatives off-track; escalate to Leadership Team if needed

**Who are you**:

- University degree with professional experience in the area of Marketing and Sales
- Experience in the FMCG-sector and consulting is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders as well as guide and influence them
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and good ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complexity and embrace change and work in a dynamic environment
- English is required and other languages are beneficial
