Tax Lawyer | Fund Investments
Tasks
Managing tax activities in the investment fund business / Interfaces with fund administration, sales and product development, the custodian banks and external law firms / Responsible for VAT, stamp duty, direct taxes and withholding tax / Monitoring of all tax issues / Ensuring tax transparency and tax reporting for foreign countries (e.g. US/FATCA and EU/AEoI) / Ensuring all measures necessary for the investment funds / Preparation of documentation / Ad hoc projects.
**Requirements**:
Legal advisor / Specialization in Tax Law / Professional experience with asset managers or in the asset management of a bank in a similar function / Experience in connection with tax issues in the financial and investment fund sector / Knowledge of the fund sector (private equity, construction, multi-asset) / Experience in successfully managing issues within and outside one's own area of responsibility / Flair for figures and complex processes / Committed and independent / Analytical, entrepreneurial, pragmatic personality / Assertiveness / Presentation skills / English as well as German.
