**Your Mission**

In this role, you will be a member of the Investment Products & Services team, which is responsible for the full lifecycle of all our product offerings. You will work closely with the senior member of the team to ensure delivery of all products with accountability for legal matters as relates to Product Structuring. You will be involved in the issuing, management and registration of products, funds, and bonds across multiple jurisdictions and will liaise with and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. You will draft and review documentation including product literature such as prospectuses. You will keep up to date and advise on regulatory changes and product innovation across a number of European jurisdictions. You will have a strong exposure both internally and externally, collaborating with various departments including Finance, Compliance and Marketing as well as external lawyers. This role will be based at our headquarters in Zurich.

**Key Success Criteria**
- Law degree (LLB/LLM/commercial lawyer/qualified lawyer) obtained from a university based in the EU or Switzerland.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Law Firm or a Financial Institution with focus on investment funds and capital markets law.
- Strong familiarity with the European regulatory landscape, financial product compliance, banking and capital markets law.
- Experience in structuring investment products and solutions for retail and professional clients and a basic knowledge of tax regimes across a number of European jurisdictions would be an advantage.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
