Vos missions

**Voici tes tâches qui te seront confiées**:

- Tu seras en contact tous les jours par mail ou natel avec les clients en Europe et les succursales aux USA
- Tu traiteras les offres et les commandes clients + le suivi
- Tu suivras également le traitement des réclamations et des litiges clients éventuels
- Tu planifieras les achats avec les usines aux Etats-Unis
- Tu devras établir les prévisions des ventes

Vos compétences

**Ta formation**:
Tu es titulaire d’un CFC d’employé(e) de commerce ou issue d’une formation technique
- Tu as des connaissances sur l’établissement d’un budget
- Tu maîtrises Excel et les logiciels informatiques courants
- Tu as idéalement des connaissances en export et en achats
- Tu bénificies d'une première expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le

domaine du service clients, idéalement dans un environnement industriel
- Tu es dynamique, organisé(e), structuré(e), polyvalent(e)
