For our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a Lab Manager Assistant (f/m/d)

**Lab Manager Assistant (f/m/d)**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Lab Manager Assistant to join the Translational Bioengineering group in the Oncology Discovery. The focus of this position is to support the Lab Manager coordinating the daily lab operations. She/he will work closely with the lead scientists of every lab to ensure the proper and compliant use of lab workspaces. She/he would aid with services that maintain the office and lab spaces running smoothly. This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting and dynamic group that brings together several Scientists.

**Task and Responsibilites**
- Keep the stock of consumables up to date and aligned with the ongoing projects.
- Coordinate incoming goods storage and distribution.
- Order new consumables according to project demands.
- Aid in the shipping and receiving of material for internal/external collaborations.
- Inventory of chemical, biologics and equipment
- Aid in the disposal of biological material, liquid waste, glassware waste and recyclable waste.
- Aid in the lab equipment management.

**You must have these qualifications**
- Completed vocational training _(please no bachelors and higher education)_ (**)
- Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably lab experience/knowledge (**)
- IT skills: Microsoft Office, Gsuite (**)
- Good English skills (**)
- Good Communication skills, openness towards learning, proactive and Good team spirit.
