Lab Manager Assistant (f/m/d)
Background
We are looking for a highly motivated Lab Manager Assistant to join the Institute for Translational Bioengineering. The focus of this position is to support the Lab Manager community in their daily tasks, restocking, unpacking, shipping goods and waste management.
Tasks
- Track stocks and resupply consumables
- Order new consumables
- Receive incoming goods, take care of storage and distribution.
- Aid in the shipping of material to internal and external partners.
- Aid in the disposal of biological material, liquid waste, glassware waste and recyclable waste.
**Requirements**:
- Completed vocational training (no bachelor or higher) (\*\*\*\*\*)
- IT skills: Microsoft Office, Gsuite (\*\*\*\*\*)
- Good English skills (\*\*\*\*\*)
- Good Communication skills, openness towards learning, proactive and good team spirit (\*\*\*\*\*)
